Terms, Contractual Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Right of Withdrawal

The contract is governed by the law chosen by the parties. The parties may designate the applicable law for the entire contract or for only a part of it. The parties may agree, at any time, to subject the contract to a different law. If the chosen law is that of a country other than the one with which the contract has the closest connection, the provisions of the latter law must be complied with. If the contract is connected to one or more Member States, the chosen applicable law, other than that of a Member State, must not conflict with the provisions of Union law.

According to Article 1326 of the Civil Code, the contract is concluded at the moment the proposer becomes aware of the other party’s acceptance. The contract is therefore concluded at the place where the proposer has its registered office.
