3) Name of the product to be returned
4) Quantity
5) Reason for return
You may request a return within 14 days of the order’s delivery. Products must be returned undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. Once your request is approved, you will receive shipping instructions; you will be FULLY responsible for the shipping costs.​

ART. 8 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Customer takes physical possession of the products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may:

log in to their account on the website and select the “Make a Return” option for the relevant order;

or

send an explicit statement of withdrawal to e-mail:info@essenzepoesia.com.

The Seller will send the Customer a confirmation of receipt of the request on a durable medium.

Exercising the right of withdrawal within the prescribed time limit terminates all further contractual obligations relating to the products covered by the request.

ART. 9 – RETURN OF PRODUCTS
The Customer must return the products within fourteen (14) days of notifying the withdrawal.

The costs of return shipping are entirely the responsibility of the Customer.

Essenze&Poesia S.r.l. does not provide prepaid shipping labels for returns.

The products must be returned:

carefully packaged;

complete with any accessories;

in their original packaging, where possible;

without damage resulting from use beyond what is necessary to verify their nature, characteristics, and functionality.

The Customer is liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds what is permitted by applicable law.
